Once you have made a purchase and received access to our products or services, we do not issue any refunds under any circumstances. Our non-refundable policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, licenses, memberships, or any other products or services offered through our platform. We have established this policy to maintain the integrity of our business, as well as to offer fair and consistent treatment to all customers.

We provide proxy services that allow you to enhance your online experience, gain privacy, and access geo-restricted content. Our service involves routing your internet traffic through our network of servers.

You understand and agree that our proxy service must not be used for any illegal activities. It is strictly prohibited to engage in activities such as but not limited to fraud, hacking, spamming, identity theft, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any other activity deemed illegal under the applicable laws and regulations. You expressly agree that our proxy service should not be used to engage in any fraudulent or malicious behavior. As a User, you are solely responsible for your actions and the consequences thereof.

All intellectual property rights related to our proxy service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service names, and content, are and will remain the property of Digiproxy. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We take your privacy seriously. By using our proxy service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information. It is your responsibility to review and understand our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our proxy service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and efficiently, but we cannot guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of our services at all times.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

The LTE proxy service is guaranteed to be available for the initial hour following activation. Beyond this period, the uptime of the LTE proxy cannot be assured due to potential instability. Users should be mindful of this condition.
